What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care, including consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and procedures
• Collaborate with an established team of orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers
• Manage inpatient and outpatient patient care, working within a state-of-the-art facility
• Participate in flexible call rotations and weekend coverage
• Document patient care using Epic EMR
• Engage in teaching or mentoring APPs, residents, and clinical staff
• Contribute to community health in a high HPSA score location
• Coordinate care with hospitalist teams and specialty services
• Ensure patient safety and quality standards are met

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• J1 visa sponsorship eligibility

Preferred:

• Prior orthopedic surgical experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
