About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its core cybersecurity functions. The CISO will be responsible for global security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence, with a focus on advancing the secure adoption of AI and strengthening protection against AI-specific threats. This executive role demands a leader with significant experience in global security operations, including a 24×7 Security Operations Center, and a proven track record in managing large, geographically distributed security organizations. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's security strategy, driving the evolution of security capabilities and ensuring the resilience of essential business services. Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, information technology, operational resilience, or a related discipline, and a bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field. The role requires a leader with deep technical expertise in modern cyber detection and response, threat intelligence, and security monitoring, as well as strong command in cloud security and experience with AI/ML integrations. The CISO will also be responsible for establishing and enforcing security architecture and zero-trust principles, leading enterprise identity and access management, and driving continuous threat-exposure management. Excellent communication and influence skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and government authorities.
