Real Estate Debt Associate: Underwriting & Closings

Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will lead underwriting and closing efforts, prepare financial models, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for various real estate debt transactions.
