Admissions Director

Job Summary:
As an Admissions Director at Liberty Pointe, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from inquiry to discharge. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless transition for patients, their families, and our staff. You will work closely with our nursing team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure that our facilities are fully booked and our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
• Generate daily census reports and reporting
• Coordinate the inquiry process to ensure timely and effective communication with potential patients and their families
• Facilitate the admission process, including completing required paperwork and ensuring all necessary information is gathered
• Notify and report admission updates to relevant parties
• Maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
• Conduct regular post-move-in visits with new residents, gather feedback, and make improvements to our services
• Represent our facility at community events, open houses, and other special events to promote our services and build relationships with potential patients and their families
• Collaborate with Nursing Liaisons/Marketing to maximize referrals and admissions
