Job Title: Phlebotomist II

Our client is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join their team The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital environment while maintaining exceptional patient care and specimen integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

* Performing venipuncture and specimen collection

* Processing and preparing specimens for testing

* Managing and coordinating specimen drop-offs for the client

* Providing excellent patient service while maintaining quality and compliance standards

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of phlebotomy experience , as this role requires working independently as the sole phlebotomist at the site.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience in a hospital or high-volume laboratory setting.
• Overall 2-4 years of healthcare/phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Proficiency in venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles.
• Experience processing and handling laboratory specimens.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Valid Phlebotomy Certification if required by state regulations.

• * How many draws are required daily? Around 30.

  * What is the work environment? (Patient service center, doctor's office) PSCs in the client buildings
