Project Lead Job Description With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the Director of Operations and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to completion. Complete documentation in a timely manner and maintain production costs at the established rate.
