Painting and finishing tasks such as painting, plastering and filling gaps. Light construction work, carpentry, and other related tasks. General cleaning and maintenance duties. Appliance repair, including simple repairs on dishwashers or water heaters. Skills and Qualifications Basic technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication with clients and teammates. Physical stamina and ability to operate tools and equipment.
