Senior Director Information Technology (IT)

As Senior Director, IT here at Honeywell Technologies, you will lead the technology strategy for the Smart Energy (SME) and Thermal Solutions (HTS) businesses of Industrial Automation (IA). Partnering closely with the SME and HTS Presidents, you will combine strong business acumen, customer focus, and technology leadership to solve complex challenges, anticipate future needs, and convert strategy into disciplined execution. The ideal candidate connects systems, data, and processes across SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms to unlock growth, transformation, resilience, and exceptional customer experiences. This leader will build high-performing teams, challenge conventional thinking, and champion secure, scalable change in a complex global matrix. Proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation and major ERP, SAP, Salesforce, or enterprise technology implementations. Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across business, functional, and IT teams in a complex matrixed organization. Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and their business applications, including SAP, Salesforce, digital platforms, and cloud solutions. We Value Bachelor's and advanced degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong business acumen with the ability to convert strategy into technology solutions that drive growth, margin improvement, and operational results. Executive-level communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills. Smart Energy, utilities, smart metering, energy technology, industrial, or critical infrastructure experience, including exposure to asset-intensive operations, field services, or regulatory requirements. Experience with customer-facing digital products, RFPs, client presentations, or pre-sales activities. Exposure to cloud, e-commerce, supply chain, PLM, engineering systems, and broader enterprise application ecosystems. Experience in a CIO-facing, business relationship management, or strategic IT leadership role within a large global matrixed organization.
