Key Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care efficiently and compassionately in long-term and psychiatric settings
• Monitor and manage patients' g-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and changes in condition accurately in EMR
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid LVN license, CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years LVN experience in long-term care, psychiatric, or similar settings
• Competency in g-tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies
