Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty License: RN License required (WI or compact) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Blood Product Administration - Central Line Care/Management - Interpretation of Dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV Insulin Protocols - Management of Dysrhythmias - Telemetry - Peripheral Line Care/Management - PICC Line Management Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The role involves working in a fast-paced medical unit with a focus on complex medical diagnoses. The ideal candidate will foster and value collaboration, respect, and education within the team. This is a 28-bed acute care unit aimed at delivering exceptional patient care. The nurse will care for patients with general internal medicine conditions, as well as patients with special pathogens. Candidates must pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position. The traveler will be required to float as needed within like units.
