This Journeyman Electrician role offers a high-paying opportunity in the DFW area focused on hospital, school, and data center projects. The position involves hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting in varied environments. Ideal candidates are skilled in blueprint interpretation and conduit installation and thrive working independently as well as within a team under the guidance of site and project supervisors. Occasional travel between sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in hospitals, schools, data centers, and renovation sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues efficiently
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately to guide installations
• Install conduits and wiring according to specifications and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety codes and regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on projects
• Participate in site renovations and upgrades with a quality-focused approach
• Utilize standard electrical tools, specialized diagnostic equipment, and computer-based tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electrical work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical systems
• Experience with conduit installation and wiring techniques
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical issues
• Commitment to safety compliance and teamwork
• Effective time management skills
