Your Support System: You'll report to our Assistant Food and Beverage Director. You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Event Set Up. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

How We Work: Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: Flexible Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something — it's worth doing well.

What You'll Do:

• Be a part of a fast-paced work environment. You enjoy large crowds at events, have a knack for serving others, and like the energy of serving large groups.
• Professional appearance. Maintain a professional standard and representation of Lied Lodge.
• Be a reliable candidate. Must consistently be on time for all shifts and be reliable to complete tasked work.
• Work as a team. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.

• Ability to clear and set tables, serve plated dinners, respond to requests for beverages, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, performing setup and takedown.
