The Opportunity We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician What You Will Do Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department Duties as assigned What You Must Have Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus) Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus, Benefits - Things we want you to know We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch DailyPay Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Career advancement opportunities! #J-18808-Ljbffr
