Job Description $380,000 Per Year Practicing Half the Month in Fresno, CA Position: Urgent Care Staff Physician/Medical Directorship Location: Fresno, CA 1099: Full-time, Part-time, & PRN Available Salary: $150/hour Bonus: $100,000 Sign-On for Full-Time Only Medical Directorship: $60,000/year About Us Our doors opened in 2012 in Bakersfield, CA. Providers are our top asset, and exceptional healthcare is our top priority. Job Overview For eight years, Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the advancement to a Medical Directorship in Fresno, CA. Essential Responsibilities Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break. Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers. Part-time will be a minimum of 6 shifts per month, with management of up to 4 mid-level providers. Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting. Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair. Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders. Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute Minimum Requirements | Qualifications Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)
