Power Platform Support Engineer (gn)

Im MultiVendor Premium Service (MVPS) bieten wir unseren Kunden einen hochwertigen 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support für unterschiedliche Softwarehersteller innerhalb eines zentralen Service-Modells. Dabei analysieren wir komplexe technische Herausforderungen in verschiedensten Kundenumgebungen und entwickeln schnelle, nachhaltige und ganzheitliche Lösungen.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen rund um die Microsoft Power Platform und angrenzende Microsoft Cloud Services. Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Herstellern und erfahrenen Spezialisten zusammen und entwickelst dein technisches Know-how kontinuierlich weiter.

Was dich erwartet:

Du analysierst und behebst komplexe technische Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support für unsere Geschäftskunden.
Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Fehleranalyse und dem Betrieb von Lösungen innerhalb der Microsoft Power Platform und Microsoft 365.
Du begleitest unsere Kunden eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung.
Bei Bedarf arbeitest du direkt mit Microsoft und weiteren Herstellern zusammen und koordinierst technische Eskalationen.
Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit ITIL-konform und unterstützt aktiv den Ausbau unserer Wissensdatenbank.
Du erkennst wiederkehrende Problemfelder und bringst Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Services ein.
Du arbeitest flexibel in Abstimmung mit dem Team zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 Uhr.
- Du nimmst an Frühdiensten (ab 07:00 Uhr) oder Spätdiensten (ab 11:30 Uhr) teil, maximal eine Woche pro Monat.
- Außerhalb dieser Zeiten leistest du Rufbereitschaften, ebenfalls maximal eine Woche pro Monat.
