Support Engineer (gn) Microsoft PowerPlatform

Werde Teil des MultiVendor Premium Service (MVPS) Team. Wir bieten einen hochwertigen 2nd- und 3rd‑Level-Support für über zehn verschiedene Softwarehersteller in einem einzigen, zentralen Vertrag. Wir arbeiten herstellerübergreifend, analysieren komplexe Incidents in unterschiedlichen Kundenumgebungen und liefern schnelle, ganzheitliche Lösungen.

Was dich erwartet:

Du analysierst und behebst komplexe technische Störungen in Microsoft Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Geschäftskunden im 2nd und 3rd Level Support.

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Konfiguration, Administration und Fehleranalyse innerhalb der Microsoft Power Platform und Microsoft 365.

Anhand deiner Erfahrung und technischen Expertise erarbeiten du und dein Team Lösungsvorschläge

Du nimmst eigenständig Kontakt zum Kunden auf und begleitest ihn bis zur Lösung des Problems

Wenn nötig involvierst du den Hersteller und koordinierst die weitere Abstimmung

Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit ITIL-konform und trägst aktiv zum Ausbau unserer Wissensdatenbank bei.

Du arbeitest flexibel (In Abstimmung mit den Kollegen) zwischen 8 und 18:00 Uhr

- Außerhalb dieser Zeit leistest du Rufbereitschaften (Maximal 1 Woche im Monat)

- Du nimmst an Frühdiensten (Beginn 7:00 Uhr) oder Spätdiensten (Beginn 11:30 Uhr) teil (Maximal 1 Woche im Monat)
