Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years working for another State Farm agent, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful office. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending weekends watching sports. I'm also a parent to two kids, ages 8 and 6, so maintaining balance between work and family is something I truly value.

For our team, we offer a 401k with a 3% match, a monthly health stipend, licensing reimbursement after six months, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy team lunches once a month as a way to connect and celebrate wins together.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
