Communications ManagerGovCIO is hiring for a Communications Manager onsite in Springfield, VA.ResponsibilitiesEnsures effective communication among Customer, the Contractor, and stakeholdersDevelops a Communications Management Plan aligned to contract objectivesProvides proactive, accurate, timely communications on services, major incidents, outages, and changesTailors communication channels and content to various stakeholder groupsDefines regular communication mechanisms for planning, prioritization, performance review, and issue resolutionCoordinates with Customer program offices and business units (including FRMs), other Customer contractors, DHS components, airport authorities, and relevant agenciesParticipates in Contractor-to-Contractor (C2C) collaboration to ensure compatibility with other providersIdentifies and resolve cross-contract frictions (tools, processes, schedules)Facilitates regular stakeholder engagement cycles for requirements, expectations, and dependenciesSupports Customer reporting, oversight, and strategic planning by providing requested data and artifactsQualificationsBachelor's with 12+ years communications management experience (or commensurate experience)Must have experience in the development of campaigns for both communication and training to facilitate maximum user adoption with new and existing systems as well as for self-service adoptionClearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearancePosted Salary RangeUSD $120,580.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.
