What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Provide ABA services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings based on individual needs. Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans using ongoing data and client progress. Train and support caregivers, staff, and other members of the treatment team in carrying out behavior strategies. Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and measure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated care. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in CentralReach while maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Compensation & Perks (real ones): Hourly compensation:

$80–$110 per hour, based on experience Salaried compensation:

$90,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience PTO:
