Full-Time Salaried BCBA: $70,000-$85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload) Hourly BCBA Option: $70-$75 per hour (Based on experience) Full-Time Available Part-Time Available Flexible Scheduling Consistent & Growing Caseloads Why Join EzCare ABA?

Conduct assessments and treatment planning Provide remote BCBA supervision and clinical oversight Analyze data and adjust treatment plans Support and coach families and caregivers Collaborate with treatment teams and providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure ethical and evidence-based ABA services Qualification
Active BCBA Certification Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain) Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping children and families thrive Why Clinicians Choose EzCare ABA
