Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a global leader in healthcare technology manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Eagan, MN . As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Logistics Trade Compliance department supporting export operations and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Range: $25/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6+ Months W2 Contract, potential to extend

Job Functions:

• Maintain and monitor transactions within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Support export self-filing processes and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
• Manage the flow of information across internal systems and external partners such as freight forwarders, ERP systems, and U.S. Census
• Coordinate activities between trade compliance, transportation teams, and other export-related stakeholders
• Provide guidance to internal teams on export compliance and global trade matters

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with export controls, trade compliance, or related functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional data
• Familiarity with SAP GTS or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to support additional trade operations and transportation-related tasks as needed
