Job Title: Food and Beverage SupervisorCompany: Shamin HotelsOrganizational Structure:Department: Food and BeverageReports To: General ManagerSupervision: Food and Beverage AssociatesPay Structure: Paid Bi-weeklyJob Summary:The Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through consistent service, quality, and cleanliness. This position supports staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards while leading by example and supporting the team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shiftsEnsure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionallyMaintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areasTrain, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfactionAssist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costsMonitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B ManagerConduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and eventsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service lawsOpen and close outlets as needed, following proper proceduresAssist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are metQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary training preferredMinimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team development abilitiesKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulationsAble to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applicationsPhysical Requirements:Able to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be able to lift up to 30 poundsAble to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motionsTop Requirements:Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.Own It: Be a role model, Embrace Responsibility and Keep Learning.Passionately Serve: Be Positive, Care Deeply and Create Memories.Who are we looking for?Are you someone who values teamwork, takes ownership of your role, and is passionate about serving our guests with warmth and hospitality?
