Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate 2nd shift to join their team. As a Logistics Associate 2nd shift, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Associate 2nd shift

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Rate: $17.50

Shift: 12PM-8:30PM

What's the Job?

• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, repack, and shipping
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
• Assist with stock replenishment and general facility maintenance
• Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all warehouse operations

What's Needed?

• Basic computer knowledge and intermediate English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive, physically intensive motions
• Willingness to work 10 hours per day when needed and on weekends as required
• Ability to learn RF functions and adapt to new procedures
• High school diploma or GED; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
