Location: BGH Dental Dental Front Desk Coordinator Full Time Greenfield, MA, US Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly Join Our Mission at BGH Dental! BGH is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the front office operates efficiently. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately input patient data Collect payments and review financial arrangements Maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with patient communications Support the back office team in maintaining efficient workflow Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting front office space What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred, willing to train Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient service High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits for Full-Time Employees* PTO, paid holidays, office closure days Medical Vision Dental allowance Uniform allowance, as needed 401(k) Eligibility And many more! *Benefits are subject to change and eligibility* FLSA Status: Non-Exempt We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
