About the Role As a member of the Strategic Leadership and Talent team you will be helping to guide the sector on what leadership we need now and into the future. You will contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of leadership development and talent initiatives, ranging from graduates to senior executives, and offer learning and development advice to stakeholders and broker networks to support cross sector initiatives. Setting the conditions for positive behaviour change Developing strong leadership to meet evolving demands Enhancing the leadership pipeline sector Desirable Experience and Background Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages with impact. High level organisational and project management skills with the agility to shift with changing priorities. E-learning software and design of online learning opportunities. An understanding of modern learning needs and adult learning principles. Delivery of adult learning.
