Front Desk ReceptionistFront Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. In addition, we are looking for an applicant who is willing to be trained to do instrument sterilization and room turn over when needed.Compensation: Depends upon Skill and ExperienceCurrent Office Hours: Mon 9am-5pm, Tues 12pm-8pm, Wed 11am-6pm, Thurs 9-5pm, Fri 9-3pmJob Responsibilities:Greets all patients and visitors in a warm, sincere, and helpful mannerReviews patient fees, the breakdown of benefits, and the list of exclusions to determine benefitsManages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordinglySchedules and confirms patient appointmentsWill be trained to do instrument sterilization and room turn overHelps with patient billing and insuranceMaintains a neat, clean office and reception area and ensures HIPPA Notice of Privacy Practice is properly displayedAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredEnsures all insurance information is correctly updatedPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferredTwo years of relevant experience preferredHelpful attitude and friendly demeanorHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressExcellent telephone skillsExperience with Eaglesoft dental practice management software a plusStrong computer and internet skillsBenefits:Competitive PayHealthy Work-Life Company CulturePaid TrainingFlexible DaysAbout Us:We offer general and cosmetic dental services to patients of all ages.
