Growth Operations Specialist

To support ambitious growth targets, the part-time hourly Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, manage recruiting pipelines, and analyze growth metrics in a fully remote contract role. Key responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding to expand the contributor network Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and proactive, with a natural inclination for process improvement Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
