Role Description The Billing Coordinator at Aprojects will handle daily billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for industrial project logistics services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Atlanta, GA and involves reviewing contracts and purchase orders, validating charges against services delivered, and preparing client invoices in accordance with company policies and customer requirements. The Billing Coordinator will monitor accounts receivable, track billing discrepancies, collaborate with project managers and operations teams to resolve issues, and maintain clear, organized billing records. This role also includes supporting month-end closing activities, responding to customer billing inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of billing processes and tools. Qualifications Experience with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes, ideally in logistics, transportation, or a project-driven environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems. Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to interpret contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing discrepancies. Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA and collaborate in a team-oriented, international environment. Prior experience in industrial project logistics or related sectors is a plus; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
