Office-Based Role in Hialeah, Florida (Commutable from: Miami, Miami Lakes, Hialeah Gardens, Doral, Medley, Miramar, Pembroke Pines)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer where you'll take ownership of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and SQF documentation while working closely with senior management. The company is committed to developing its employees, offering training in industry certifications and potential progression into the management of international operations.

In this role, you'll oversee quality documentation, maintain SQF and FDA compliance, coordinate product sampling and records, and support a small quality team consisting of two Quality Specialists and one QC Technician. You'll work closely with upper management to ensure products consistently meet regulatory and customer requirements.

This role would suit a Quality Control professional with food manufacturing experience, HACCP knowledge, and an understanding of FDA regulations who is looking to develop their career within a stable and growing organisation.

The Role:

• Manage SQF documentation and annual renewals
• Maintain FDA and food safety compliance
• Oversee quality records, documentation, and product sampling
• Support and coordinate a small Quality team
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (one Saturday per month)

The Person:

• Experience within food manufacturing or food production
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety systems
• HACCP certification (or equivalent food safety experience)
• Looking for long-term progression and development
