Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the successful delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Miami, FL - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Manage end-to-end testing processes for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service transformation projects.

• Define comprehensive test plans, including schedules, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.

• Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless implementation.

• Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities to maintain high-quality standards.

• Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.

• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.

• Strong understanding of various software development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, but not required.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide teams and ensure project milestones are met.
