What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales & Service Representative, you'll work closely with both prospective and existing clients to provide outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Develop leads and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based conversations.
• Support customer retention through proactive service and relationship-building.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus.
• Life & Health Insurance License strongly preferred or must be obtained prior to onboarding.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
