- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification is required.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
