HBM SoC RTL Design Engineer for High-Performance Memory

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an SoC Design Engineer to join the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). You will design RTL for SoC blocks in HBM logic die, integrate IP, and collaborate across architecture, verification, and physical design to meet ambitious targets.
You will contribute to pre- and post-silicon validation, participate in design reviews, and help enable AI-driven workflows within the team using industry-standard EDA tools. Growth and impact are central to this role.
