Litigation Attorney - Remote in the LA area!

The firm is a Los Angeles based law practice specializing in complex litigation, including antitrust, mass torts, class actions, insurance bad faith, consumer claims, data breach, and commercial disputes. Job Details We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse caseload, including mass torts, class action, general litigation such as wildfire cases, and bad faith insurance involving homeowners, wineries, art galleries, and other establishments. The successful hire will be comfortable drafting and cite‑checking briefs, managing cases, and practicing California civil discovery. Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial. Draft high-quality briefs, motions, coverage opinions, and settlement evaluations. Handle negotiations, settlement conferences, and mediations with insurers, insureds, and opposing counsel. Qualifications 5+ years of general litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and work collaboratively with a litigation team. Trial experience is required.
