Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage
• Work shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM
• Maintain a call ratio of 3:1
• Manage 1 to 5 patients per shift
• Conduct phone consultations and in-person visits as part of call duties
• Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe
• Offer coverage for Nursery Level I and II
• Include ER consultations in your responsibilities
