Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in systems administration and enterprise IT infrastructure support.

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Microsoft Active Directory environments.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure services and tenant administration.

• Experience in virtualization platforms including VMware and hypervisor management.

• Experience with enterprise storage arrays, SAN/NAS capacity planning, and backup recovery validation.

• Experience in PowerShell scripting, automated server patching, and networking fundamentals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and health monitoring of enterprise servers and storage platforms.

• Administer Active Directory user objects, group policies, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Execute routine operating system patching, firmware updates, and scheduled maintenance windows.

• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and virtual machine performance issues across environments.

• Assist with enterprise storage administration, disk provisioning, and capacity management tasks.

• Automate operational tasks and server administration routines utilizing PowerShell scripts.

• Validate disaster recovery backups and compile technical operational runbooks for infrastructure deployments.
