Summary The Alterations Associate provides professional alterations and tailoring services to customers in-store, ensuring garments fit correctly and meet quality standards. This full-time role supports the store alterations operation, handles fittings, and communicates with customers about alteration options and timelines. The associate operates sewing and pressing equipment and maintains accurate work order records.
