Manheim Automotive Technician II $5,000 Bonus

Company: Cox Automotive – Manheim, Aurora, CO. Position: Auto Maintenance TechnicianII. Employment type: Individual contributor, on‑site (no remote). Travel: none. Work schedule: Mon‑Fri, day shift. Compensation: Hourly base pay $24.23–$36.35; eligible for sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 (including $1,500 tool bonus), commissions, and incentive programs. What You’ll Do Perform medium‑to‑heavy maintenance and repairs for vehicles. Diagnose issues, including brake components, tires, suspension, drivability, and complete repairs. Conduct advanced diagnostics such as charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, and electrical systems. Complete mechanical inspections and required measurements—interior/exterior, engine, drive‑line, under‑hood, and document deficiencies. Comply with procedures for recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash. Up‑fit new vehicles with necessary equipment. Obtain parts through approved vendors. Perform OEM recalls when required. Clear pre‑employment drug test and comply with drug‑free workplace policies. Who You Are – Qualifications 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience. Valid driver’s license; ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles. High school diploma or GED (preferred). ASE certifications: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 as required by leadership. Strong teamwork and motivation for continuous learning.
