EDI Sterling Integrator Consultant

Role: EDI Sterling Integrator Consultant
Work Location & Reporting Address: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Contract duration (in months): 8-12
Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
- Should have 8+ years of production and development experience in EDI and Sterling Integrator
- Good experience in Map development using Sterling Integrator
- Should have good experience in new trading partner onboarding
- Basic experience on Business process development
- Experience in setting up communication protocol
- Experience in troubleshooting EDI and Sterling Integrator related issues and provide fixes/workarounds
- Sterling Integrator Monitoring and other Application Admin activities
- Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently within defined SLA working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions
- Respond to Service Requests and handle Change Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool.
- Perform recurring ticket analysis and provide solutions in order to avoid future incidents
- Communication with trading partners and other stake holders.
