Human Resources Coordinator - TEMP-to-HIRE PositionThis position serves as the initial point of contact for employees and managers for all payroll and human resources matters. This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and Benefits. This position will assist the Human Resources Generalist and the Director of People & Culture with a variety of human resources and payroll functions.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain all electronic files in ADP and on the Shared DriveCopy, print, scan, mail/ship various items and file as neededMaintain accuracy of documents' naming conventionsAssist with Onboarding, Off-boarding, VOE, Unemployment claims, Worker's Comp claims, FMLA, Background Screening, Drug testing, I-9s, COBRA, Job Descriptions, and all other HR functionsAssist with the processing of multi-state bi-weekly payrollMaintain certified payroll and union tables in ADPAssist with State Taxes including but not limited to: notices, filings, deposits, and account changesAssist with the administration of benefitsReconcile monthly benefit billsResponsible for coding all HR related invoices/billsAssist with the recruitment processCreate and maintain various spreadsheets and reportsRespond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and other HR related inquiries in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulationsManage office and kitchen supplies (inventory, order, stock)Assist with Building/Facilities functionsAssist with company events, lunches, dinnersResearch and remain current with HR and Payroll compliance laws and regulationsAssist Director of People & Culture as neededOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or business is preferred2 years of Payroll experience is required2 years of Human Resources experience is requiredCertified Payroll experience is a plusUnderstanding of human resources and payroll complianceAttention to Detail is a mustStrong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and customer service skillsPossess strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential informationProficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skillsComputer proficiency MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBilingual in Spanish is requiredADP WFN experience is requiredThis is an in-person role Monday through Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)Work Conditions:Able to work in an office environmentAble to maintain focus and analyze dataAble to sit and use a computer for extended periods of timeAble to speak and communicate proficientlyRoutine physical exertion.
