Tarvos Talent is working with a rapidly growing, operations-focused organization in the Pearland area that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role supporting organizational growth, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, people leadership, and hands-on HR management, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
