Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a compassionate and talented Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, explaining processes with empathy and clarity
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure optimal quality in diagnostic imaging
• Operate and care for ultrasound equipment while promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Efficiently document procedures and uphold accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging methodologies and standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
