We are seeking a Game Changer with a successful background in Sales, F&I and Sales Management. - Selecting, hiring, training and developing Sales Associates
- Managing vehicle inventory
- Managing showroom and online activity via CRM and other tools
- Training Salespeople on effective processes and products
- Managing high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
- Monitor the reconditioning process.
- Mentoring and coaching our sales staff to be highly successful

Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with good driving history.
- Automotive sales management experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of DMS and CRM software.
- Excellent Computer skills.
