Assistant General Manager As an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. Partnering with the General Manager, you will keep the restaurant running at a high level and focus on guest metrics and engagement. Responsibilities • Manage and direct the work of shift staff.• Champion change and lead training initiatives for team development.• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.• Maintain safety and security systems and procedures.• Operate computer systems related to restaurant operations. Qualifications • Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and passion for training and developing a team.
