Business Analyst II Location : Hybrid – associates are required to be in the office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration while allowing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. How you will make an impact Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs. Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues. Facilitates the design and implementation of innovative end‑to‑end frameworks for processing eligibility exchanges, ensuring they meet both business needs and industry standards. Facilitates discussions with plans and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements, review test cases, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables, communicating effectively throughout the process. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred. A self‑starter ability to work independently with minimal oversight is preferred. Able to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the business rules, core platforms, and applications for the data used in EDI exchanges is preferred. Develop comprehensive documentation outlining business rules, process flows, and technical specifications is preferred. Conduct end‑to‑end testing with prior experience in developing and performing test scenarios is preferred. Beginner to intermediate Excel skills are preferred. Locations: New York, Maryland, Nevada. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $61,680 – $106,398, based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
