Travel Coordinator (Temp)

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for coordinating domestic and international business travel while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget requirements. This position serves as the primary point of contact for employee travel, manages travel-related expenses and documentation, and provides support to travelers before, during, and after their trips. \n

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation through the company's travel management platform or other approved booking methods when business needs require. • Research and provide travel itineraries, pricing options, and cost comparisons to support business travel planning. • Review travel requests and bookings to ensure compliance with company travel policies, preferred vendors, approval requirements, and budget guidelines. • Coordinate travel approvals and communicate with managers regarding travel requests and policy requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel inquiries and provide timely assistance before, during, and after travel. • Provide guidance and training to employees on travel policies, booking procedures, and use of the company's travel management platform. • Assist travelers with itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, and other time-sensitive travel disruptions • Communicate with the company's travel management platform, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel vendors to resolve booking issues, refunds, credits, billing discrepancies, and other travel-related concerns. • Administer and maintain the company's travel management platform, including user accounts, traveler profiles, system settings, and policy configurations. • Track and manage unused airline ticket credits, ensuring available credits are applied toward future business travel whenever possible. • Review, reconcile, and process corporate travel expenses, ensuring charges are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with company policies. • Monitor corporate travel spending and prepare travel-related reports as needed. • Submit and manage timesheets within SQA's internal system, ensuring accurate billing, proper documentation, and timely processing of adjustment timesheets when required. • Update travel forms, procedures, policies, and internal documentation as needed. • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of company travel policies and procedures. • Assist with travel-related projects and other administrative duties as assigned. • Occasionally respond to urgent, time-sensitive travel issues outside of regular business hours on an as-needed basis. Qualification and Experience

• Previous experience coordinating corporate travel, travel administration, or administrative support preferred. • Experience using an online travel management platform (Navan, Concur, Egencia, or similar) preferred. • Knowledge of corporate travel policies, expense management, and travel compliance. • Experience working with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel vendors. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to analyze travel costs and identify cost-effective travel solutions. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. • Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and virtual meetings. Additional Responsibilities

Depending on business needs, this position may also: • Create and update SQA associate resumes for recruiting purposes. • Review and approve associate timesheets. • Assist with administrative support functions as assigned. \n

$25 - $30 an hour \n
