Responsibilities

• Answers telephones in a professional and friendly manner. Transfers or connects quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line telephone system.
• Receives and transmits telephone messages accurately and promptly, using the telephone, voice mail system, and/or email systems.
• Greets clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office in a professional and friendly manner and alerts appropriate personnel.
• Maintains conference room calendar for all conference rooms, prints current calendars daily for posting.
• Maintains a log of incoming packages.
• Maintains on calendar when partners are out of office and their return dates, and any employee on leave (know who to transfer calls/mail etc. to).
• Assist in Time Entry when needed.
• Scan client invoices into client folders in DMS
• Work closely with Office Manager to assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years Receptionist/Office experience.
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have some experience with keyboard entry.

$21 - $23.61 an hour
