Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active NM PED teaching license required
• Proven experience in general education classroom instruction (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
• Adaptability to support various age groups (K-12), with strong classroom management skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and inspiring learning environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and the wider school community
• Familiarity with virtual interview platforms and comfort in panel interview settings

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality instruction according to curriculum standards
• Create a safe, supportive, and interactive class climate for a diverse student body
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of each grade level and learning style
• Support school-wide initiatives that promote student achievement and well-being
• Engage actively in professional development and staff collaboration
• Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate with families as needed
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including participation in all onboarding requirements (background check completion mandatory)
