What Were Looking For
Active real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required
Willingness and ability to frequently travel within a defined service area
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
