Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and staff performance in a skilled nursing environment.Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Key Responsibilities:Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operationsSupervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing and coverageEnsure compliance with NYS, DOH, and CMS regulationsSupport quality assurance, performance improvement, and infection control initiativesParticipate in staff training, evaluations, and disciplinary processesReview clinical documentation and care plans for accuracy and complianceSupport survey preparedness and response activitiesAddress resident and family concerns related to nursing careAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York StatePrior nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care settingStrong knowledge of state and federal regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours as neededWhat We Offer:Comprehensive benefits packageSupportive leadership teamOpportunity for professional growthSalary: up to $145,000 annually (Based on experience)Join Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.An Equal Opportunity Employer
